A humor and travel writer, Roger highlights his favorite hikes in Monument Valley, the Grand Canyon, Flagstaff, Sedona, Prescott, the Phoenix area, Tucson and the southern deserts, the White Mountains, and Arizona’s West Coast. Each trail is paired with a nearby restaurant serving up delicious Sonoran hot dogs, barbecue, pizza, Indian tacos, cheese crisps, and, oh yeah, dozens of mouthwatering burgers—including vegetarian options at each location. This book is a love letter to Arizona packed with more than 100 stunning photographs and featuring 70 trails and 70 eateries along with maps, fun facts, storytelling, attractions along the way, and fruit burros. These are Arizona’s best trails and best burgers.
